Job summary

EPC Power Corp. seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a power electronics assembly line, oversee leads and assemblers, and ensure safety, schedule attainment, workmanship, and test quality in a high‑volume environment.

You will coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Test, Maintenance, and Materials to maintain flow and SQDCP results. Responsibilities include directing ~3 leads and ~40 assemblers, executing daily plans, managing WIP, line balance, and containment, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years leading manufacturing teams, electronics preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and production docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~3 leads and ~40 assemblers; plan labor and coverage.
• Execute daily schedule; manage WIP and line balance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standard work.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials.
• Maintain travelers/records and traceability; support containment and rework.
