Electronics Assembly Supervisor - Second Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electronics Assembly Supervisor to lead and oversee our team in the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Electro-Mechanical Assembly areas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality production and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees in the PCBA and Electro-Mechanical Assembly departments
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to optimize performance
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
  • Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance

  • Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically in PCB and electro‑mechanical assembly
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
