Northrop Grumman is seeking a Power Electronics – Manager Level 2 in Baltimore, MD for an onsite leadership role on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. You will supervise a team, provide technical oversight on design activities, and lead strategic hiring and skills development within a key program.

The position requires 6+ years in power electronics design and test, a bachelor’s degree (or 8 years) or a master’s degree (6 years), and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience.
• 6+ years of power electronics design and test experience.
• Technical and people leadership of diverse and inclusive teams.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
