This on-site role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, advanced development, and platform-level research rather than production support. Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering and have hands-on lab experience with AC/DC and DC/DC converters, plus MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, Cadence

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics / Power Conversion preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC, DC/DC, or inverter-based power systems.
• Strong foundation in lab validation, testing, debugging, and system-level optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype high-power conversion systems (kW → MW).
• Lead topology trade-offs, efficiency optimization, and thermal/EMI analysis.
• Perform hands-on lab bring-up, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams and translate requirements into designs.
