Responsibilities

• Advanced development, prototyping, and platform R&D for MW-class power systems.
• Drive topology trade-offs, efficiency optimization, and thermal/EMI analysis.
• Lead deep technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for high-power designs.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.
