Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience with multilevel converter topologies and high-voltage systems.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE-based simulation tools.
• Hands-on hardware prototyping and lab testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multilevel converter topologies and select switching devices.
• Prototype hardware, assemble components, and validate designs in lab and field.
• Perform simulations with MATLAB/Simulink, LTSpice, and PLECS to predict performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics into systems.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, and UL safety standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead hardware integration projects.
• Prepare documentation and support audits.
