Power & Analog Design Engineer II (Onsite, Tucson, AZ, United States)

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Education or experience with RF, power, analog, digital, and/or mixed‑signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
- Education or experience with analog laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
- Education or experience with simulation software for circuit analysis or modeling.
Qualifications Valued
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Root‑Cause Corrective Action investigations.
- Experience performing analog electrical engineering design.
- Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, ADS, SABER RD, SIMPLIS, or xDX Designer.
- Design and/or analysis experience with analog electronics design, including power‑supply topologies (buck, boost, buck‑boost), FETs/BJTs, op‑amps, high/low/band‑pass filters, clock/data termination, and comparator circuits.
- Experience with subsystems integration and test, problem investigation, statistical process control methods, technical writing, formal presentation, and implementing Engineering Change Notices.
- Experience supporting or executing Electronics CAD layouts for printed wiring or circuit boards.
- Self‑starter capable of working independently and with a small technical team, providing technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, detailed technical team reports, and proposal support.
- Desire to lead design efforts and/or small teams.
- Ability to communicate project status with program leadership and/or customers.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
