Qualifications

• B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years’ related product or field application experience in power electronic products.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into solutions and champion those solutions internally.
• Hands-on expertise with power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, chargers, motor drives).
• Familiarity with thermal solutions (axial fans, EC fans, liquid cooling, solenoids, pumps).
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Market familiarity with industries including industrial logistics, energy, agriculture, medical, lighting, automation, food & beverage, off-road vehicles, CNC machines, packaging, oil & gas.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.
• Mandarin/Chinese is a Plus

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful implementation of power and thermal products while understanding customer needs and applications.
• Be the on-site technical champion at customer locations, delivering pre-sales demonstrations, design-in support, post-sales troubleshooting, and training.
• Apply progressive project management practices and collaborate with global R&D.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Engineering and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for named key accounts and test new product introductions.
