Qualifications

• B.S.E. (EE, ME, or related) with 5+ years in product management for power/thermal solutions.
• Strong technical grasp of power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, drives, chargers) and thermal management technologies.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and market analysis.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and relocate if required.
