You will oversee major engineering projects, drive client relationships, and lead a team of project managers and designers to deliver high-quality power distribution solutions. Responsibilities include developing proposals, managing contracts and budgets, providing expert technical oversight, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards while mentoring staff and growing the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience planning, estimating, scheduling and monitoring engineering projects.
• Proven project management experience with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• PE license or license-eligible status desired.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred; ISO standards experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Manage client relationships; define scope and fees for leadership approval.
• Plan and direct large projects; supervise technical teams.
• Conduct site visits and prepare design calculations, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Review shop drawings; read and interpret technical documents.
• Ensure projects comply with ISO standards; manage budgets & utilization targets.
