Job summary

Responsibilities include leading project managers, training staff, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards while expanding capabilities across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical distribution.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring projects.
• Demonstrated project management leadership with a track record of success.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction management standards, QA and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients and manage relationships.
• Establish project scope, services and fees for leadership and client approval.
• Plan, develop, coordinate and direct large engineering projects.
• Supervise technical teams to produce design documents, calculations and plans.
• Conduct research related to power generation and distribution systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments for client development.
• Coordinate with practices and sub-consultants as needed.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance across projects.
