KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for Power Distribution in Pittsburgh. You will oversee engineering projects, lead a team of managers and designers, and drive client relationships while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical distribution design.
• Proven leadership of project managers and designers.
• PM experience managing and growing a design team.
• Experience developing and managing project managers.
• Proven ability to attract and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients and establish scope and fees.
• Plan, develop, coordinate and direct large engineering projects.
• Supervise technical teams to produce designs, calculations, plans and specs.
• Conduct site visits and gather data for power distribution projects.
• Ensure projects meet ISO standards and budget constraints.
• Mentor and train staff and collaborate with internal teams.
