Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Project Manager II to own manufacturing execution for custom low-voltage switchboard programs in our Power Distribution sector. You will drive submittal cycles, material readiness, and on-time production across multiple orders.

You will work with production supervisors, test technicians, and the materials team to ensure delivery within tight windows while maintaining safety, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, or manufacturing.
• BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience reading single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or Visual; Acumatica preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own switchboard orders end to end from submittal to shipment.
• Drive customer submittal and drawing approval cycles.
• Manage long-lead material exposure with Supply Chain.
• Maintain production schedule at work-order level.
• Process engineering changes and revisions with pricing and BOM updates.
• Ensure ITP is executed with Quality for testing.
• Report order cost performance and sign cost-to-complete.
• Coordinate shipment readiness and logistics.
• Serve as day-to-day customer contact for orders.
• Provide executive dashboard inputs on schedule and costs.
