Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for Power Distribution in the Akron area. The role focuses on guiding engineering projects, managing client relationships, and leading a team of designers and project managers to deliver high-quality power distribution solutions.

Qualifications include a BS in engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a PE license. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus; ISO standards experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• P.E. license required.
• Master's Degree in engineering or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Manage client relationships and project scope, fees, and schedules.
• Plan, coordinate and direct large engineering projects.
• Lead and mentor technical teams; ensure design packages meet standards.
• Provide technical oversight and proposals for client needs.
