Entergy in Arkansas seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and support power distribution. Responsibilities include planning, maintenance, and design engineering across grid components, asset management, reliability, and safety programs.

The role covers coordination with engineering teams, external customers, and government entities to ensure standards are met and system performance is enhanced. Strong math, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field from a four year accredited institution.
• Engineering technology degree with PE may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Perform load flow analysis and circuit coordination analysis using SynerGEE.
• Identify and correct un-balanced loads on distribution circuits.
• Develop settings and size field equipment including reclosers, fuses, capacitors, regulators.
• Review distributed energy resource documents for compliance with Entergy's standards.
• Perform root cause failure analysis on failures with unknown causes.
