Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's, master's or doctorate in an engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• Sophomore or higher standing preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale, verified via official transcript.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with design based on project scope and site visits.
• Model surveyed field configurations using design software.
• Prepare operational one-line drawings and validate estimates.
• Ensure material is ordered and staged for upcoming projects.
• Manage projects in construction and complete as-built documentation.
• Participate in weekly planning coordination calls.
• Support grid reliability improvements and special projects.
• Assist with data mining and reporting for engineering analyses.
