You will monitor operations, communicate effectively under pressure, and ensure safe, timely system restoration while maintaining accurate records and complying with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Track field crews and distribution system work
• Dispatch service personnel during outages and emergencies
• Operate company communication equipment
• Coordinate the safe restoration of power
• Authorize energizing and restoration of distribution facilities
• Maintain accurate outage and system records
• Track abnormal or defective equipment
• Follow company safety, health, and operating procedures
• Communicate and coordinate multiple activities during system emergencies
