GFT is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the energy infrastructure sector. You will lead initiatives across power delivery projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role supports hybrid work in multiple U.S.

• 6 to 10 years of relevant project management experience in the power delivery sector.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience with MS Office and PM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and present proposals and negotiate scopes and fees.
• Prepare and manage contracts and related documents.
• Oversee project setup including budgets and file protocols.
• Prepare key planning documents such as PEPs and WBS.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate internal resources and subconsultants.
• Ensure quality management and manage project risks.
• Develop schedules, costs, and performance metrics, including EVA.
• Prepare and review reports, invoices, accruals, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
