Job summary

GFT is seeking a Project Manager to join our energy infrastructure team. The role supports projects across power delivery and renewable energy, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and PM tools. This is a full-time, hybrid/remote position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent in Engineering or Management.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant project management experience in the power delivery sector.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and related project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and present proposals and negotiate contract scopes with clients.
• Prepare and manage contracts and related documentation for clients, subconsultants, and vendors.
• Oversee project setup, including budgets, file protocols, and document control procedures.
• Coordinate key project planning documents like PEPs and WBS.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and manage subconsultants and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and manage project risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and review reports, invoices, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
