Job summary

GFT is seeking a Project Manager to join our energy infrastructure team. This hybrid role supports projects across multiple sites including Marlton, NJ, with potential remote work for the right candidate. You will lead projects from initiation to close, delivering on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering or Management and have 6–10 years of PM experience in power delivery, with strong communication and MS Office proficiency. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or Management.
• 6–10 years of project management in power delivery.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control projects to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Develop, prepare, and present proposals; negotiate contract scopes and fees.
• Prepare and manage contracts for clients, subconsultants, subcontractors, vendors.
• Oversee project setup: budgets, file protocols, document control.
• Prepare project planning documents: PEPs, WBS.
• Lead kickoff meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources, subconsultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality management and manage project risks.
• Maintain schedules, costs, and performance metrics (EVA, reports).
• Prepare/change orders and review project reports and forecasts.
