Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead day-to-day project execution for engineering teams in Substation, Transmission, and Distribution across the US. Hybrid work options enable collaboration at a local WSP office with remote capability, and travel to client sites as needed.

The PM will oversee cost, schedule, and performance management, ensuring quality deliverables, governance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; PMP preferred.
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility industries.
• Experience leading EPC-style projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for EPC projects (Substation, Transmission, Distribution).
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and KPIs; manage risk and reporting to clients and executives.
• Lead engineering teams, procurements, construction support, and project closeout.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure QA/QC and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed design, forecasting, and governance documentation.
