Job summary

HDR Engineering is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to join our growing Power Delivery team in Austin, Texas. You will lead planning, execution, and closeout of projects spanning substations, transmission, and associated services, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with budget and quality expectations.

You will coordinate engineers and cross-functional teams, develop proposals, manage scope and risks, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7 years related experience.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute, and close out Power Delivery projects of all sizes and complexities.
• Coordinate engineers and project teams through full project life cycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC for each project.
• Support marketing and proposal development; engage in business development as needed.
• Some travel for business development and project execution.
