AtkinsRéalis seeks an energetic Project Engineering Manager - Power Delivery to join our Power and Industrial Team in Bothell, WA. You will coordinate contract negotiations, direct project teams, prepare work plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

The role monitors costs, payments, subconsultants, and project reporting to senior management, and identifies new business opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience typical; MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in field(s) of practice.
• Graduate degree desirable.
• Management coursework and/or MBA a plus.
• This level may be achieved with 8 years experience in project production and technical professional activities, two as Sr. Technical Professional.
• Professional Registration in field of practice preferred if available.
• Strong interpersonal skills; good public speaking ability; strong project financial management skills; knowledge of production support systems and personal computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and draft complex professional service agreements.
• Direct project team and ensure compliance with contract terms and budget.
• Prepare project work plan, scope, schedule and budget; monitor progress to meet objectives.
• Monitor billing, payments, subconsultants, and resolve disputes; communicate status to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities and present projects to clients and external groups.
