Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in utility construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple distribution construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and profitability.
• Coordinate project resources, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment.
• Lead project planning meetings and ongoing progress reviews.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure scope, quality, and safety.
• Track milestones and resolve issues affecting schedule, budget, or performance.
• Develop relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Review contracts and change orders; present status updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, field supervision, engineering, estimating, and business support teams.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies; manage project documentation and closeout.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and project execution.
• Support business development through customer engagement and proposal reviews.
