Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Power Delivery experience; cross-functional experience a plus
• Experience managing capital and O&M budgets a plus
• Experience with storm response and planning preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the engineering team in the Milledgeville HQ
• Lead planning, engineering, design and construction of area activities; monitor budgets and system maintenance for reliability
• Investigate outages and address customer issues promptly
• Provide performance management and leadership for team development and communications
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver value, reliability and cost competitiveness
• Serve as SERP Operations Director and participate in SERP events across the Southern System and off-system as required
