Meta is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager to lead relationships across our memory/storage supplier base and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive technology adoption and optimize total cost of ownership for Meta's data center infrastructure. Qualifications

BS degree in a related technical or business field or equivalent experience in commodity management in a high tech environment.
8+ years of business or supply chain experience in data center, cloud, memory/storage, compute, or AI hardware supply chain.
Experience influencing, negotiating and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and operations.
Background in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling and analysis for memory/storage components.
Direct experience partnering with C-suite executives and leaders in memory/storage supplier companies.

Responsibilities

Act as lead Point of Contact to establish relationships across the supply base.
Drive technology adoption to unlock supply or reduce Total Cost of Ownership.
Provide inputs into commercial agreements and negotiate them with supplier executives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, finance, and operations.
Manage tradeoffs on cost, supply, product mix to serve Meta's infrastructure.
