Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of program management or operations leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in power electronics or energy storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for power conversion, inverter and PCS product lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, service, and finance.
• Support integration of acquired business processes and product roadmap.
• Drive program plans, milestones, schedules, risks, actions, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Track product roadmap execution, certification readiness, and customer requirements.
