Job summary

Everforth ECS in the United States seeks a dual-role Power BI Developer and Technical Requirements Analyst to support data visualization and business analysis across the organization.

You will design dashboards, build data models, and implement governance while translating stakeholder needs into effective insights. A DoD-focused environment requires strong communication, problem-solving, and security awareness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing Power BI or other data analytic solutions and dashboards.
• 3+ years of technical requirements analysis experience.
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE or DoD-approved certification meeting IAT Level II.
• Ability to pass a Public Trust investigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create data models and optimize performance for enterprise-level reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain data transformation processes using Power Query.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visualizations.
• Implement and maintain data governance and security protocols within Power BI.
• Document technical specifications and development processes.
• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and reports.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet organizational needs.
