ECS Federal is seeking a versatile professional to fulfill a dual-role as a Power BI Developer and Technical Requirements Analyst, balancing development work with analytical responsibilities to support data visualization and business analysis across the organization. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, data models, and ETL processes, plus gathering and validating requirements with stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing Power BI or other data analytic solutions and dashboards.
3+ years of technical requirement analysis experience.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to pass a Public Trust investigation.
Current DoD-approved certification meeting IAT Level II requirements (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create data models and optimize performance for enterprise reporting solutions.
Build and maintain data transformation processes using Power Query.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visualizations.
Implement and maintain data governance and security protocols within Power BI.
Document technical specifications and development processes.
Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and reports.
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet organizational needs.
