Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer/Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Experience designing and developing BI dashboards and reports.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) or quick adoption of new tech.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Build scalable BI solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows and productivity.
• Create and refine prompts to support analytics and reporting workflows.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Translate findings into clear business recommendations and insights.
• Maintain SQL queries to support reporting needs.
