Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst II to onsite in Woburn, MA. Design and optimize Power BI and Fabric dashboards, create AI-assisted data narratives, and partner with clients to translate data into strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as BI Developer/Analyst/Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience designing and developing dashboards/reports.
• Solid SQL skills with relational databases.
• Experience with AI productivity tools like Copilot/Claude, or quick adoption.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts in analytics/workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in corporate travel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Build intuitive, scalable BI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and productivity.
• Create prompts for AI tools to support analytics and insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting.
• Query and manage data in relational databases efficiently.
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver value.
