Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst II to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will drive dashboards using Power BI and SQL across corporate travel data, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

The role collaborates with clients and stakeholders to translate analytics into business recommendations, build scalable BI solutions, and optimize reporting processes in a fast-paced environment in the Boston region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven BI developer/analyst experience with dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and prompt engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting with Power BI and Fabric.
• Build scalable BI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Create prompts for AI tools to support analytics and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting.
• Query and manage data in relational databases.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver value and present insights to stakeholders.
