Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Experience designing and developing BI dashboards and reports.
• Solid SQL skills with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Claude) or rapid adoption.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts in analytics or reporting workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize advanced dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Build intuitive, scalable BI solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows and productivity.
• Create and refine prompts for AI tools to support analytics and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to support reporting needs.
• Query and manage data from relational databases.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute AI-assisted data narratives and reporting content.
