Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Data & Analytics experience.
• 1+ years of Power BI experience with semantic modeling.
• 1+ year of SQL and data transformation workflows.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and deliver dashboards, semantic models, and data analytics products aligned to business objectives.
• Support data modeling and transformation activities to ensure data quality, performance, and well-structured semantic models.
• Promote best practices and provide coaching, documentation, and training to support adoption of self-service analytics through the Power BI COE.
• Support enterprise BI platforms by troubleshooting data, reporting, and platform issues, and contributing to performance improvements.
• Ensure analytics solutions follow governance and security standards, including adherence to enterprise policies and access controls.
• Provide responsive user support, identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows, and serve as backup for IT Data & Analytics team members as needed.
