Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a PMO Analyst, Reporting & Analytics (Power BI) to support governance, reporting, and analytics across programs. You will build Power BI dashboards, validate data, and partner with PMO leaders to drive insights for project performance, resources, and financials.

The role emphasizes dashboards, KPI development, and data integration from Rally, MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in PMO or analytics are required; US-based, with remote work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
3+ years PMO, project management, business analysis, or reporting experience.
3+ years Power BI development experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scorecards for PMO and executive leadership.
Create portfolio-level reporting on project status, schedule performance, budget adherence, resource utilization, risks, and benefits realization.
Automate reporting processes and reduce manual reporting efforts.
Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics aligned with PMO objectives.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
Develop resource transition planning dashboards and monitor transitions.
