Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a BI Analyst to design and build automated reporting solutions across our IT portfolio, pipeline, and financial performance. You will transform manual reporting into integrated dashboards and data models using Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Excel, and Power BI.

This role focuses on delivering automated, scalable reporting views that drive portfolio governance and delivery metrics for IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT portfolio/PMO or delivery analytics.
• Experience building automated Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Experience integrating multiple delivery and portfolio tools into reporting views.
• Experience defining IT project and portfolio KPIs.
• Experience building automated reporting solutions.
