Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced Power BI Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise Power BI platform. The candidate will require strong Power BI administration, healthcare domain knowledge, SAP BW familiarity, and Snowflake experience.

Responsibilities include managing service, gateways, datasets, and reports; enforcing security, RLS, and governance; supporting CI/CD deployments and automating tasks with PowerShell and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Power BI Service and Premium Capacity.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SAP BW in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Power BI deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Power BIGateways, workspaces, datasets, and reports.
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Power BI Service, Premium Capacity, workspaces, datasets, and reports.
• Manage Power BI Gateways and ensure secure, reliable data connectivity.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, refresh schedules, and performance.
• Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and Row-Level Security.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot refresh failures, gateway issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize datasets, data models, DAX queries, and report performance.
• Implement Power BI governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Support healthcare data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Work with SAP BW and Snowflake data environments.
• Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Power BI Deployment Pipelines.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power BI REST APIs.
• Prepare platform usage, capacity, SLA, and governance reports.
