Responsibilities

Administer and support the Power BI platform, including Service, Premium Capacity, workspaces, datasets, and reports.
Manage and maintain Power BI Gateways for secure and reliable data connectivity.
Monitor platform health, capacity, refresh schedules, and performance to ensure high availability.
Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and implement RLS/security controls.
Provide L2/L3 operational support and collaborate with Microsoft and infrastructure teams on critical issues.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power BI APIs.
Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Power BI REST APIs.
