Job summary

Moore in Lanham, MD seeks a Marketing Data and Reporting Analyst to transform marketing data into insights for nonprofit clients and internal teams. You’ll build scalable reporting, develop Power BI dashboards, and analyze campaign performance across channels.

The ideal candidate will translate business needs into KPIs, present trends to leadership, validate data, and identify optimization opportunities, while partnering across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, business, statistics, CS, IS, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or campaign reporting.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
• Experience owning recurring reports for executive or senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-channel marketing, media measurement, ROI analysis.
• Advanced Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, interactive visuals, scheduled refresh.
• Advanced Excel with data validation, reconciliation across multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SQL, GA4, CRM, marketing automation, and executive reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client reporting with executive summaries, dashboards, metrics, and insights.
• Analyze marketing performance across channels, including ROI measurement.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX, and visuals.
• Define KPIs with cross-functional teams and integrate data sources.
• Identify trends, validate data accuracy, and recommend optimizations.
• Standardize reporting processes and document methodologies for teams.
