Job summary

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking an experienced Senior BI Developer to lead enterprise BI initiatives. You will design, develop, and enhance dashboards and data models that drive strategic decisions across Finance, Practice Management, HR, and Marketing.

The role emphasizes governance, data lineage, and collaboration with senior leaders to deliver scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of professional BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting experience.
5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
Experience with FP&A or Financial Planning & Analysis teams.
Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting concepts.
Proven ability to work with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and enhancement of enterprise BI solutions across the firm.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Practice Management, Pricing, HR, and Marketing teams to deliver reporting assets.
Create scalable dashboards, data models, and governance standards.
Develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, and metrics to guide decisions.
Optimize Power BI performance and automate reporting processes.
Document data lineage, dictionaries, and reporting controls.
