Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC is seeking an Inventory & Margin Analyst to optimize inventory accuracy, analyze sales performance, and safeguard cost integrity across distribution centers and locations.

Using NetSuite ERP and Power BI, you will evaluate gross margins, COGS, and weekly sales metrics while partnering with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years in inventory management or supply chain analytics.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced functions.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Data visualization with Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and foodservice logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Sales Reporting: Transform NetSuite data into Power BI dashboards for weekly sales, gross margin, and insights.
• Financial & Cost Accounting Oversight: Manage inventory valuation, analyze COGS, track margins, and perform ledger variance analysis.
• Inventory Reconciliation & Accuracy: Monitor inventory across multiple centers and perform root-cause analysis on adjustments.
• Cycle Counting & Audits: Develop cycle count programs and official SOPs with reconciliations.
• Supply Chain & Sales Optimization: Analyze turnover, trends, and stock to optimize carrying costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations to maintain stock levels.
• System Enhancements & Process Improvement: Support NetSuite inventory modules and Power BI reporting enhancements.
