Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC. seeks an Inventory & Margin Analyst to optimize inventory accuracy, analyze sales performance, and safeguard cost integrity across distribution centers and food service locations.

You will leverage NetSuite ERP and Power BI to evaluate gross margins, COGS, and weekly sales metrics, partnering with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced functions; experience in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or Tableau; solid data visualization ability.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and change management.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Sales Reporting: Build NetSuite to Power BI dashboards for weekly sales, gross margin, and insights for execs.
• Financial & Cost Accounting Oversight: Manage inventory valuation, analyze COGS, track margins, and perform ledger variance analyses.
• Inventory Reconciliation & Accuracy: Daily monitoring across distribution centers; root-cause analysis on adjustments.
• Cycle Counting & Audits: Develop and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories with SOPs.
• Supply Chain & Sales Optimization: Review turnover, trends, and stock movement to cut carrying costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations.
• System Enhancements & Process Improvement: Support NetSuite inventory module testing and BI reporting improvements.
