Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Pleasant Prairie, WI, to turn inventory data into actionable insights. You will support a network across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, analyzing trends and recommending improvements to keep 15 locations stocked for same-day shipping.

The role emphasizes building reports with SQL, Power BI and Excel, plus identifying process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and efficiency across our North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate potential inventory discrepancies and identify solutions.
• Translate data and metrics into actionable insights through clear, concise reports and present strategic findings to leadership.
• Build, maintain and enhance reports using SQL, Power BI and Excel.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and ensure efficient operations.
