HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst to support weekly reporting and month- and quarter-end accounting activities. This role suits someone with accounting or finance experience who enjoys data analysis and reporting.

You will run and distribute weekly sales and order reports in Power BI, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end close. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of journal entries and general accounting principles.
• Familiarity with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute weekly sales and order reports using Power BI.
• Prepare and process journal entries.
