Hartwig, Inc. is seeking an Accounting and Reporting Analyst in St. Louis, MO to support core GL accounting, financial reporting, and analytics. You will build Power BI dashboards, assist with monthly close, and deliver accurate financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
Experience preparing journal entries and supporting month-end close.
Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Responsibilities

Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations with timely variance resolution.
Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and recurring entries.
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations; support month-end close.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using ERP data and other sources.
Collaborate with finance and operations to translate reporting needs into actionable reports.
