Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear seeks a Senior Supply Chain Data & Analytics Manager to lead BI development across Production, Manufacturing and Operations Leadership. Build dashboards from scratch, own an executive overview, and deliver real-time insights with strong data governance.

You will query SQL Server and Snowflake across ERP/MRP systems, ensure data quality, and guide analytics strategy while growing the team and partnering with IT and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or related discipline.
• Hands-on Power BI development experience including data modeling, DAX, report design, and deployment to broad user populations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy a suite of Power BI dashboards from scratch, replacing existing operational reports with scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Develop and own the daily ‘operational newspaper’ — an executive-facing overview dashboard summarizing production status, supply chain health, and KPIs.
• Build Production Reporting dashboards providing real-time and historical visibility into output, yield, downtime, and throughput.
• Develop Production Planning dashboards enabling planners to monitor schedules, capacity utilization, and material availability.
• Define and enforce best-practice data modelling, DAX standards, and report design principles for long-term maintainability.
