Job summary

PCI is seeking a Power BI Developer to build data solutions that support better business decisions. You will turn business needs into reliable, easy-to-use reports and dashboards, collaborating with Data Analysts and BI Analysts to deliver value.

In this role you’ll apply your Power BI expertise, partner with analytics and data teams, and support our migration to Microsoft Fabric while maintaining performance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS or analytics.
• 3-4 years of Power BI development experience (DAX & Power Query).
• Strong SQL for data exploration and validation; knowledge of dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Power BI security, including row-level security.

Responsibilities

• Build Power BI solutions with analysts to meet business needs.
• Optimize performance and implement security measures, including RLS.
• Support semantic model development and maintenance with data team.
• Migrate dashboards to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric where applicable.
• Provide hands-on development support and upskill analysts.
