Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Developer, Power Solutions to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-wide Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data models that enable data-driven decisions across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into actionable reports, and optimize datasets and data pipelines.

Qualifications

3+ years of Power BI development in an enterprise setting.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or data analytics.
Expert-level Power BI skills and data storytelling ability.
Proficient in SQL/Data Warehousing.
Experience with Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory).

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
