Job summary

TrueTandem is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, build, and optimize dashboards and semantic models for government-focused data projects. You will translate complex reporting requirements into scalable data solutions and work closely with stakeholders to deliver trusted insights.

The role emphasizes security, governance, and hands-on data engineering using DAX, M, and Dataverse, with a commitment to agile practices and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or higher is required.
• Minimum of 4 years designing and developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and integrations with complex datasets.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience scripting in data engineering languages such as SQL, Power Query M, DAX.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Ability to be self-driven and proactive with planning, development, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer management skills.
• Ability to train data analysts on how to create reports.
