Job summary

TrueTandem is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to drive the development of enterprise applications for government-focused projects. You will provide technical leadership and hands-on Power Platform development to streamline and automate business processes.

Responsibilities include building PoCs and MVPs, integrating Power Platform with Azure services, and defining backend solutions using Dataverse/SharePoint/SQL.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• 5+ years total IT experience.
• Advanced capabilities and knowledge developing in Power Platform and Dynamics.
• Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
• Lead the definition of back-end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases.
• Strong background in C# and .NET development.
• Expertise with Visual Studio.
• Experience working on a Scrum team using a ticket management system (Azure DevOps or Jira)
• Exemplary communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of total IT experience.
• Advanced capabilities and knowledge developing in Power Platform and Dynamics.
• Strong experience Integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
• Lead the definition of back‑end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and / or Dynamics 365.

$175,000 - $190,000 a year

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, TrueTandem considers several factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
